What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer great pricing and if you have received a estimate that is better then ours we would beat it by 10%.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The typical process for working with a new customer is i would come by to the property, evaluate exactly what needs to be done to solve the issue, then i would send them a detailed estimate via email. If the customer chooses to work with my company i would come by pick up a deposit for the work and start working as soon as possible.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started Roofing because my Dad was a roofer since the 80s. He taught me how to roof as a young boy and i loved it ever since. Not only do i enjoy Roofing but im proud to carry on the family buisness.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently finished up a 3,000 square foot rip of a flat roof in brooklyn. We cut out all 3,000 square feet of the existing flat roof down to its plywood decking surface, then we removed all deteriorated plywood and replaced them with new 5x8 inch Plywood Boards. Then we installed tapered iso boards up to 2 inches, then installed our base sheet Underylayment and finished off with Firestone APP180 White-Granule Rubber Roofing system. The whole job took a total of 1 1/2 days work.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The advice i would give to a customer looking to hire a pro in roofing would be to make sure you find someone who is experienced in the field. Make sure the pro knows exactly what needs to be done with the roof to ensure your safety.
