Upon contacting customer and scheduling an appointment, I provide my credentials and background. Then I ensure we clearly define the scope of work needed and provide them options to save money.

*I have a Bachelor's of Science in Business with a concentration in Project Management *I am a Florida Certified General Contractor since 2007 *I am a Florida Certified Home Inspection

There are many Home Inspectors, but many do not have a strong construction background or proper training,certifications or insurance coverage. Those are the ones with cheaper rates. Look for experience, education and knowledge. It’s your Home!

To have a good understanding of the scope of work in order to provide assistance with their budget and finish product
