Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We offer reasonable yet, competitive prices.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We routinely ask a couple questions over the phone to get an idea of the issue or service that is needed. We then schedule an appointment with the homeowner to inspect the roof.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
7 years experience as a roofer and 3 years experience as a quality control manager for a roofing company.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I started working as a roofer with a cousin who needed the help with his company. I loved the hands on work it provided and I saw the potential the roofing industry had to offer.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We've worked with Homeowners, Property Managers, and Real Estate Agents.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I recently completed a re-roof for a homeowner. The roof had several leaks and was quite aged. I advised the homeowner it would be beneficial to get a new roof based on all the damage that was found. Several panels of rotten wood were replaced and new 3-ply roof system was installed. It took a day and a half to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I would recommend verifying their credentials and ensuring they are knowledgeable in the roofing industry. As well as, reading their reviews from past customers.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
1. What is the current condition of your roof? 2. What type of roofing material do you prefer or need? 3. What is your budget for the roofing project? 4. What is your timeline for the project? 5. Have you had any previous roofing work done?
