What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Prices vary based on the degree of difficulty of the project. We make the pricing as fair as possible, based on the circumstances of the home owners needs!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically, we contact the client to discuss what their needs are, almost right away! We then, set up an appointment to inspect the roof. Once we've established what they need to fix their issues, we figure out what payment works best for them. We accept credit cards, and offer financing should the client need it!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

manufactures like GAF & Poly-glass have held training seminars, brought brought us in to tech us the latest advances with their products and how to install them.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

When i was a teenager, I knew i was a good communicator. When i found the roofing industry, i knew it was for me!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all types of clients! General contractors, architects, and home owners " No customer left behind " ;)

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently did a tile repair, and our men finished it in less than a day!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your due diligence! get three quotes but not more than 4. it can get confusing because the prices can range so dramatically. Make sure the estimators answer all the questions you may have. Dont let a company tell you that repairing a tile roof is okay after the second time, it generally means its time to get a new roof. Tile roof repairs can "nickle and dime" you to death!
