What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Customers are always given a fair price for their projects. The price is calculated by current price of labor and materials.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The process starts with a FREE estimate where the project is discussed. A quote is then sent to the customer. Once a project is signed, a permit is to be processed with the county/city before starting with the project. There are 3 steps to a re-roof project: *Removal/Tear Off of previous system *Installation of new wood (if needed) and Underlayment (Dry-in) *Installation of System (Shingles/Metal/Tile) once material has been delivered. County Inspections are being completed through out the process.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

* 40 years of roofing experience. *Certified with multiple manufacturers *OSHA certified Constantly striving to improve and further educate ourselves with new products and methods.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We have been passionate about roofing for over 40 years! We are proud to be roofers. Humans have 2 basic needs. Feeding oneself and protecting oneself against the elements. As a roofer , I am proud to participate at the second necessity.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Home owners, property managers, realtors, general contractors, ect.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently worked on a clubhouse for a new development. This project called for a beautiful galvalume standing seam metal roof. The project took about two months.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always go with a contractor that you feel comfortable with and trust. Ask for references, make sure they are licensed and insured.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How long have you been in business? Are you licensed? Do you have references? How long have your installers worked for you ? Have you worked with the product I am looking for? Are you certified with this product? Contractor should be there to educate as much as provide a quality service. Ask lots of questions and make sure you feel confident with your decision. Price should never ne the reason you chose a contractor. Especially on your roof!
