What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is very aggressive. With 19 years of experience, I have learned to give the highest quality products and services while still maintaining an extremely competitive price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We always like to look at the project in person. After that, we put together a thorough estimate and discuss that estimate with the customer and answer any questions they may have concerning the build, payment, terms, warranty, and the quality of the materials that we use

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been through many different classes for the various materials we use.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started in 2005 selling Roofing for a large company after Hurricane Katrina. After a year of selling, I was promoted to sales manager and ultimately branch manager. I have held every role at a roofing company that is possible in sales and management and ultimately owner.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I worked with every type of customer. Veterans, homeowners associations, even celebrities.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My favorite projects are usually Tile because of the beauty of the material. But I'm very fond of asphalt shingles because they protect the home at a very affordable cost. Metal is the best roof for wind resistance.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask them how long they've been doing it. What roofs have they installed? Why do they do what they do? Would they be doing it even if they did not need the money?

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What type of roof do they want? What type of roof do they actually need? Customers should consider how long they need the roofs should to last. They should also consider whether or not their insurance would approve discounts for the roof that they are putting on.
