At DNA Roofing we give personalized estimates because each roof is unique in its design and construction, we also adapt to what our client wants based on their personal goals and budget. We offer discounts to veterans and first responders.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

A new client requesting our services will be contacted by one of our roof inspectors to arrange an in-person visit, evaluate the roof and estimate the cost. The client will be guided through the entire process and we will always be available and willing to answer any questions, we do not want rushed sales instead we want solid clients that we can walk them through the entire process.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Always during our visits we will ask the key questions to understand the client's goals and expectations with his project in order to guide and educate our potential customer, we always have samples available, videos, pictures and the necessary expertise to make our customer feel comfortable with our explanations backed up by the florida building code and the different NOA's of the materials to be used.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I Francisco the owner of DNA Roofing started this job many years ago as a runner, handling the logistics of all the projects and getting hands on experience with local inspectors of each city, I worked my way up to production manager and eventually became Chief Operating Officer (COO), that's when I realized I was ready to run and manage a business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all kinds of clients, including wealthy mansion owners, doctors, police officers, firefighters, school teachers, personal trainers, technology experts, etc.... DNA Roofing is a safe space for acceptance and there is no room for discrimination of any kind.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always make sure they have a state license, insurance policy and of course that they have demonstrable experience. References from past clients, pictures of completed projects, reviews... and last but not least how oriented they are to educate you and lead you to the best decision instead of chasing profits.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Are they local contractors or just storm chasers? How quickly do you answer the phone in case of a problem?
