What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Customers should know that I give fair pricing depending on the work being done. We can always negotiate pricing where we both will be happy.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typical process is first getting their info and address. Setting up a time convenient for both to evaluate the roof. Then, to come to an agreement to start the job. Fairly simple process. The rest we take care of.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Went to roofing contractor school and continue to go to classes to keep up to codes and new techniques. Have 7+ years experience on the field myself plus 30+ years of experience from our amazing team!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Family has been in the industry for many years. Love what I do and helping customers for their re-roofs or repairs.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with customers who needed help with minor repairs of just gluing tiles to customers who needed 30 ft of flashing replaced and needed 2 days of work done. Customers who need re-roofs or silicon coating.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We are fond of every project wether its small or big, wether it takes 1 hr or 2 days, every customer is treated the same.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Quality, puntuality and worksmanship is what you need to look for to make sure it gets done the right way.

What kind of roof do they have? Tile, shingle, flat?
