Introduction

We are a family run business on its second generation. We know how important peace of mind is to families when it comes to their homes and we are here to help secure that. Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Every project has different demands and requirements and necessitates an on-site inspection in order to give an accurate estimate on the project. We work closely with our distributers (in the case of Metal Roofing; our manufacturers) in order to insure that our pricing is as competitive as possible. Found a better price? Show us the bid and we will do what is possible to match that price!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
It's very important for us to begin our project with an on-site inspection. Ideally, with you on-site with us as well. Once we know the details of what we are dealing with, we reach out to our manufacturers and distributers to quote pricing for materials. We work closely with their sales teams to insure we submit to you a competitive price for your project. If you decide to move forward with us, we will collect a deposit and begin to handle all the necessary paperwork. A simple contract if it is just a repair. Once the contract has been signed we move forward with completing the repairs as quickly and unobtrusively as possible. If we are working on a re-roof we will guide you step-by-step through the permitting process with your municipality. Once the permit has been issued we begin moving forward with the work while maintaining communication with the municipality to ensure all inspections are passed and the roof is installed according to FBC.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I started working on roofs in 2015 while learning the trade from my dad. Our teams have also participated in workshops and training programs from our most used manufacturers. Over the years I have gained the experience and knowledge necessary to say with confidence that we can place on your home, a quality roof.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
My father started doing roofing in the 90s. Eventually, he felt confident enough to start his own business. Our company was formally incorporated in 2013 and I joined him 2015 to continue the family business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We primarily work with homeowners to help them repair or re-roof their residential homes. We also have experience working with general contractors and builders on their new construction projects, working with landlords to repair and re-roof their investment properties and other business owners to repair or re-roof their places of business.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
A recent project we completed was the installation of a new roof on a recently built home in the Wynwood area of Miami. This project was unorthodox in that the builders requested a TPO flat roof system on the home; a system usually reserved for commercial projects. It was a great experience for me and my team. It was great to see how this sturdy commercial system easily molded itself to this residential home.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
My advice would be to get at least three estimates for your project. Every time a team arrives to inspect your project be there to meet them and talk to them. This is the best way to get a feel for the contractor and to see if they are a good match for you and your project.
