What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our contracts include all material as proposed, the only excluded fee is for any wood replacement (plywood or linear ft boards). Wood replacement is determined once old material is off and wood is exposed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1. If you would like to proceed with the contract, we send an electronic signature request. 2. We send your color choice packet - material color, drip edge and vents 3. We send your permit forms filled out, and require homeowner signature for us to process. 4. Our permit coordinator process the permit, and once received recorded copy from city or county our project coordinator will call one week before to schedule. Process takes 3-5 weeks depending on City or County processing time.

Contractor License, Certainteed Shingle Master Applicator, Business open since 2007 run by the same owner and contractor.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Received 4-5 quotes, compare the quotes by price, material, warranty, wood prices and representatives.
