What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

With many roofing contractors in the area, we maintain our pricing as low as possible in order to be competitive in the market. But we never sacrifice the quality of our workmanship in order to meet a low price. We are always very transparent about our quotes and make sure there are no surprises.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once we receive a request for an estimate and the client provides their information, we set up an appointment to inspect the roof issues and provide a comprehensive proposal. If the project is approved by the owner, we schedule the work as soon as possible and for client peace of mind only ask for payment after the work has been completed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Along with 16+ years of experience in the roofing industry... and as company owner I hold a Florida Certified Roofing Contractor License, Florida Certified Solar Contractor and a B.S. in Engineering.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Servicing both residential and commercial roofing projects, we have worked with a wide array of customers. From first time home owners to owners of commercial buildings and plazas, as well as some government buildings.
