We schedule a free site visit to evaluate the project thoroughly, then provide our best price on the spot!

Because our company holds a roofing, building, and solar license...we're in the top 1% of qualified Florida contractors!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started SunSmart Roofing because we found that there are no roofing companies that design and install roofs that can easily accommodate solar panels. Because of our unique qualifications, we're also able to remove and reinstall solar panels as part of the roofing process.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We perform roofing work for hundreds of other contractors, builders, realtors, and thousands of homeowners.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We were called in to provide repair and reroof services for a homeowner that had a tree fall onto their roof, causing significant damage to their trusses and solar panels. Because of our triple licenses (roofing, general contracting, solar) we were able to take care of the entire project with our one company! The project took 4 days to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Please verify that the licensed contractor actually works IN the company you're hiring. It's extremely common in our industry for the license holder to be an absentee person who "rents" their license to several companies. This is important because they are the one who is the knowledge base for the company, and the one who is ultimately responsible for the work that is performed.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Color selections! Your new roof color can either coordinate with your existing exterior home colors, or it can be a chance to reimagine things!
