What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We always provide a detailed written estimate free of charge for our valued customers. A line-item breakdown is included reflecting all of the work proposed with complete transparency. As a roofing company it is important that our roof measurements are accurate for our estimate. We also provide a detailed roof measurement report to our customers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When working with a client communication is key. It is our goal to fully understand the needs of our customer to thus be able to come up with viable roofing options. Every customer has different needs and expectations. It is our job as the professional to provide the knowledge and educate them. By doing this our customers are able to make the best informed decision for their needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a certified roofing contractor in Florida. My license number is CCC1333215. I am also a HAAG certified inspector to assess wind damage to roofs and residential properties. I also hold an All-Lines Adjuster license in Florida.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have lived in Southwest Florida since 1991. Having owned and operated my own Allstate Agency for 10 years I assisted many clients with insurance related claims. I saw how important it was for a reliable, honest and professional roofing contractor. My passion to help others and assist in that time of need gave me a higher calling into the roofing industry.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with customers in all walks of life. No job is too small or too big. We specialize in roof repairs and roof replacements of shingle, tile, metal and flat roofs. In the past we have helped both commercial and residential customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I had a residential project in which a shingle roof was leaking in numerous different areas. The family had kids and we were able to do a temporary repair same day to stop the water intrusion. Once the roof replacement permit was approved, we were able to have the roof replaced within 9 days.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I always recommend that a customer ask specific questions about the materials being used on the roof repair and or replacement.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How is my driveway going to be protected? It is always key that a customer ask that the person supervising the project is actually a state certified roofing contractor. In the event of rain what process/procedures do you use to make sure no water intrusion occurs on my roof? What kind of workmanship warranty do you offer?
