Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We do no haggle pricing that is set at the same rate for everyone. Someone's grandmother gets the same price as if they were a contractor too busy to work on their own house. Honesty and transparency are our focus for pricing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Once we schedule a meeting, someone will visit with you to evaluate your project. We'll make our suggestions and see what you are interested in and then we will give you a price. Our employees spend the time to make sure you completely understand what we are proposing.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
We are Master Elite Roofers with GAF which allows us to offer the best workmanship warranties in the business. We are also factory trained by Alside, Pella, LP Smartside, Everlast Siding, Brava, and Velux Skylights.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
My first job was in roofing. Always enjoyed working outside and with people!

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We work with all types of homeowners. We have many specialty projects on homes worth millions, as well as customers in smaller houses and trailers. Our financing options help make whatever you need done affordable.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We recently replaced windows, siding, roofing, and gutters. The home had rotted wood framing and we had to jack up the home replace the framing and finish the work. This was unexpected, but grateful it turned out so well and that we could seamlessly fix the problem for the customer.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Reviews, reviews, reviews. Read any contractor's reviews. Look at the bad ones. See how the contractor responds to negative feedback. If its a roof make sure they have a workmanship warranty backed by the manufacturer. For siding and windows the flashing details are the easiest to miss and cause the most damage down the road. Make sure your contractor will address these areas properly.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
How do they collect down payment? If they had most of your money or a good chunk before they finish the work there is a good chance something could go wrong and leave you high and dry.
