How did you get started doing this type of work?

We got into this work because we saw a need for honest, reliable roofing services. Over time, we realized how much we enjoy solving problems and protecting homes, and it’s been a rewarding journey!

One memorable project was for a customer who needed to replace a relatively new roof because it was installed wrong. They were stressed, not just about the roof but also the cost. When their financing was approved, the relief on their face was unforgettable. The only thing better was their excitement when the new roof was finished and their worries were gone. Moments like that remind us why we do what we do!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your homework! Look for a contractor with great reviews and a reputation for standing by their work. Always insist on a detailed estimate—the more detailed, the better. A vague estimate leaves room for corners to be cut, and no one wants that for their roof! Trust your gut—if something feels off, it probably is.
