What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We feel that our prices are very competitive due to not having too much over head.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I’d typically want to see the place where the customer wants to do the project, ask multiple questions about it so that we’re on the same page on what’s needed to be done so there are no surprises. Speak & agree upon a price for the job and at that point a contract would be made & signed off on.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I worked in the field for over 10 years & have experience in almost all things building/remodeling.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My older brother been in construction since I was younger and one day I decided to joint his crew & the rest is history. I’ve decided construction is the industry for me & I love what I do and love seeing a smile on customers faces when we complete a project for them!

What types of customers have you worked with?

At this point in my career I feel that I’ve dealt with about every type of customer.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently did a 3,600sf roof in Woodbury CT ripped it up and brought it up to CT building code, we ripped the old shingles up & layed new architectural shingles all in 1 day. The roof was done at no out of pocket cost to the home owner due to storm damage & the insurance company covered a full roof replacement.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

You get what you pay for, don’t look for the cheapest contractor because often times that could mean they might not know what they’re doing or not have the ability to do a project to your likings & you will need to hire someone else to come fix the issues and will have payed more then just having a professional for a little bit more money do it in the first place!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Don’t hesitate to ask anything about the project you as the customer are paying for, ask us what type of materials are being used, brand of materials, how long project is anticipated to last ect…
