What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Guaranteed fair pricing. My tagline is best price and service. Call and let me prove it. Multiple discounts offered.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I am a no pressure "salesman" honestly, I don't even consider myself a salesman. If you rather not even meet with me in person, I'm more than happy to drive out and measure the job and leave you my pricing and then you can call me after you've looked it over if you have any questions.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are GAF certified. We are able to offer a Directorii guarantee which covers you for up to $20,000. That's on top of the $25,000 state fund guarantee that you have with all licensed Connecticut contractors.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Back when I was 16 years old I started in the construction industry and I'm now 42 years old. I've been doing my own jobs for 20 years now and this business has been established for about 18 years. We have well over 2000 roofs done by Elite Roofing with perfect reviews everywhere. I feel the jobs not done until the customer is satisfied.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all kinds of customers. Anything from a small repair to a big commercial job or a steep pitch tall church. We do not turn down small work because our main job is to help customers with what they need done roofing wise.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The main thing we do is change roofs on existing homes. Most jobs only take one day, but the most important thing is that the job gets done safely and correctly.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

You want to make sure that the roofing company you are going to choose is going to do your job correctly. You want to make sure the correct Insurance and Workmen's Comp. is in place. I think choosing someone that's been around for a long time with a great reputation is very important so you know what you're going to get.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I think it's a contractors job to ask you some questions, I enjoy figuring out what your needs are and the best ways and options to take care of that task.
