What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our typical process starts with a home visit. During this visit, we will take pictures of various parts of your roof. We will review these pictures with you to discuss any concerns or recommendations we may have to ensure the best possible result for your project. We will also show you all the materials we use as an Owens Corning preferred contractor and provide you with a price on the spot. Additionally, we offer no money down financing and can get you approved in less than five minutes.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

OSHA training certified by GAF and other products.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was lucky enough to gain experience working for a highly respected company before deciding to embark on my own entrepreneurial journey.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have had the privilege of collaborating with a diverse range of clients, spanning from individuals embarking on their journey as first-time homeowners to ambitious enterprises undertaking vast commercial ventures.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently replaced the roof of a 4000 square meter house in Avon CT. The job took 3 days and my client was very satisfied with the result.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would advise the customer before closing a deal with the company so that he knows more about the company, if it is licensed, insured, the quality of the materials, and the guarantee of the workmanship.

What is the allocated budget for this project? How do they envision the desired appearance? What is the timeframe they have in mind to complete it?
