What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing will include everything to complete the work except for the cost of the permit. Permit fees vary in each town, city, or county.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically I like to set up a time to meet the customer and conduct a site visit on the work to be done. Once I have an understanding of the scope, timing, and budget for the job, I will get to work on putting together an estimate. Once approved by the customer, we start the process of pulling permits, ordering materials, and scheduling work, all the while keeping the customer updated along the way.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Business Management degree from Abilene Christian University. International Code Council certified in Roofing 15+ years experience

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started by working for a couple of different roofing companies in 2008. Over a period of a couple of years I was able to learn enough to start out on my own.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with all types of customers. Mostly residential work, but also some commercial projects.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I'm especially happy with the way a project in Parker turned out. The house was being sold and it required a very short turn around time. We were able to get the job done within a week (before closing) and paid in full out of escrow the following week. Everybody was happy!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask contractors if a permit will be pulled. If not, they may unqualified for the work. Pulling a permit will provide you with a final inspection by the issuing building department.
