What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

With our roofing services, if your roof replacement is covered by insurance, in almost all cases you'll only pay your deductible. We diligently review what is approved with your insurance company before starting any project, to ensure our customers don't have any unforeseen or unexpected expenses.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We meet with you at your home and do a free thorough inspection including photos and documentation of all damage. Afterwards we go over with you in detail what we found, or did not find, and discuss how you would like to proceed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our staff participates in ongoing education for every aspect of roofing - industry standards, current and changing laws, new products and development, insurance codes and best practices. We are an active member of the Colorado Roofing Association & Western States Roofing Contractors Association.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Our primary focus is in Residential Roofing.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We had a really nice older lady contact us looking for a cash estimate on her roof after being denied twice by her insurance company. We inspected the roof and went to bat with her insurance adjuster, eventually getting the roof covered as it should have been. We saved her nearly $25k.

Check their on line presence and read reviews on the company.

1. Q: How long has your company been in business? 2. Q: Do you have a physical office? 3. Q: Are you licensed and do you pull the proper permits for your jobs? 4. Q: Are you and your crew insured, and can you provide proof of insurance?
