What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is fair-market value for professionals who never compromise on quality, service or communication. If you're looking for the cheapest work, we are likely not a good fit; but if you value great work AND great value... we will be able to provide you with a competitive quote.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We provide a free inspection and project consultation. From "acceptance" (contract signed, material selected) we can usually start your project with 2-4 weeks; and complete it in as little as 1 day depending on size and complexity.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are licensed roofers in every jurisdiction that we work, as well as completing optional "TRI" certification relating to specialty tile roofing project. In regards to tile roofing we are one of 4 contractors in the state that is a certified installer for tile manufacturers, and has completed all the relevant TRI training.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I begin my career helping my step-father rehab rental properties. In the summers during college I sold roof's for a roofing company... and the rest is history.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work for residential, commercial and government customers. Our average customer in need of a roof replacement is anyone experiencing hail-damage; or if you're paying out of pocket customers that value a higher-value experience and more upscale products.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A recent tile replacement project took 10 days. This began with the removal of the old roof, the installation of new underlayment's, battens, flashings, and ultimately the tile itself.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Go with whomever makes you feel most comfortable. Contractors should be able to answer all of your questions effortlessly & immediately as this shows experience and familiarity.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

"What happens if we we have a problem, or I have an issue?" Anyone can install a product once without problems, but eventually an issue will arise. The best contractors see problems as an opportunity to go the extra mile for customers.
