What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is competitive with other quality contractors. Where we differ is offering you multiple financial choices in getting your repair or replacement complete. Quality does come with a price however there are many options you as the homeowner can chose for your budget.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

From answering the call or responding to you we always set up an physical appointment. This allows us to come and not only look at your project or issue but allows the customer to interview us or ask any question they would have. We too like to know who we are working with.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

14 years in the roofing industry Previously worked for a National Roofing company and worked claims in 8 different states Have worked over 1,000 insurance claims We have done small repairs, large repairs and replacements Licensed in Colorado and 2 Million dollar insurance policy Workers Comp on our Crew Local and not Leaving!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was an executive chef at a restaurant when the 2008 bubble burst. I then was introduced by a friend into this industry and fell in love with helping customers and working outside. Fresh air and meeting new people really is a blessing.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all types of customers. Engineers whom want every detail or information available to working Mom's who just want to see no nails in the yard after competition. This question is hard to asnwer as all people are different however we all want to trust the contractor chosen. That is what we earn through action and not words

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently did a hail damaged replacement in which the homeowner needed the project done and passed by the city inspector in 10 days! Not only did we meet the deadline but the homeowner had 2 days to spare. It really feels good to help homeowners and set realistic expectations.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Get a detailed estimate with start and end dates Check references BBB Accredited Look at reviews but more importantly ask for customers near you to speak with, even if its just via email or text Make sure they are licensed and insured Ask a lot of questions Then Call Us! No, SERIOUSLY!
