What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

At Paragon, our estimates are detailed and easy to understand. We do not offer a "fake" price only to discount it to the "real" price. There are no gimmicks with our estimates and they are all inclusive.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

If it is an insurance claim, you should contact Paragon first before filing a claim. We will meet with you and inspect your roof and the entire home to see if there is enough damage to warrant filing claim. If there is enough damage for a claim, we will then meet with your adjuster to determine the scope of the project and damages.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our team is comprised of members who have decades of experience in the residential construction industry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We wanted to create a better experience for home owners that are looking to remodel their home and those impacted by hail storms. Customer service is our top priority.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with a variety of home owners across the Denver metro area. Paragon has worked with home owners looking to update and remodel their home. We have also worked with home owner that have experienced damage to their home from hail.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We love helping home owners that have been impacted by the recent hail storms. Most other contractors out there only want to replace the roof on your home. We look at your entire home for damage. In addition, we work with you and your insurance company to repair all the hail damage to your home.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If you have experienced hail damage, please call Paragon first before contacting your insurance provider. The reason is because if there is no damage to your roof and you call your insurance agent first they might open a claim and if there is no damage you will now have a $0 claim on your record. This $0 claim can have a negative impact on your ability to be insured in the future and it might even raise your premiums in the future. If you call Paragon first we will let you know if there is damage and if you should file a claim.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

If you have hail damage on your roof, it is possible that other areas of your home may have been impacted too. Many roofing companies only focus on the roof and will only look at your roof. Make sure that the inspector you have will be looking at your entire home and can handle any additional damage besides just the roof.
