We provide free inspections and estimates. Typically if we are working on an insurance claim we will charge what the insurance company has agreed to pay through the claims negotiation process. On a retail bid job we will provide a detailed estimate and our price will be based upon the estimate amount.

We first like to view the project so that we can gather as much information as possible. We generally like to meet with the customer in person so we can go through our process as well as answer any questions they may have. It also helps to meet with the customer so we can know exactly what work they are looking to have completed. We also provide samples of our products for the customer to choose from.

We are licensed to work in just about every municipality in the Denver Metro area as well as the surrounding cities and in Colorado Springs. We are ICC (International Code Council) certified, which is a requirement for most cities. We are also an Owens Corning Preferred Vendor which means that we have agreed to perform all of our installation according to manufacture specification and standards.

Before working strictly in the Roofing & Exterior industry I was involved in insurance adjusting and claims negotiations. I worked as a claims adjuster as well as an insurance appraiser. I use this background to assist with claim resolution as well as negotiations on commercial and residential property claims.

We work with residential consumers as well as commercial clients. We have also worked with property manangement companies as well as commercial and residential real estate brokers.

Most of our asphalt shingle jobs are completed in about 1-2 days. Tile and metal jobs take a little longer, usually 3-7 days. Recently I completed a project that included a Standing Seam Metal Roof Section, a Traditional Shingle Section, as well as Flat Roof component as well. This project was challenging, but very rewarding in the end due to overall satisfaction of the customer.

Make sure that you understand their entire bid or estimate and the work that they are proposing to complete. Many contractors will skip corners in order to keep costs down and win the bid, but then provide a sub-par product or submit change orders to the customer when they realize that they did not bid the project completely. The estimate or proposal should always take into consideration any code requirements so that the customer can make an accurate and informed decision.

What is the goal of their project. What work they would like to have completed. What kind of budget they have to work with. What are their expectations. What specific information does the contractor need to know in order to ensure they have a safe and good experience (i.e. my dog does not do well with high stress situation or loud noises...).
