What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is very competitive and thorough. We try to offer a NO CHANGE ORDER GUARANTEE as we believe that most exterior projects can be quoted accurately up front. We do not play the game of "if you sign today we'll discount it by this much." Our pricing is accurate from the start.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First we meet on site when possible to review the project. We offer a full exterior evaluation including the siding, windows, roofing, paint and gutters. We will offer an honest assessment of how to get more life out of your exterior whether that be a small repair or full replacement. Typically we provide quotes within 24 hours.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are trained by the Colorado Roofing Association in both sloped and flat roofs. We are proud to be licensed and insured! We always take advantage of manufacturer training and stay up to date with current products. We are here to help you pick the right product for YOU, not sell you what is right for us.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We have years of experience in the construction field. Road Home Exteriors was started because we were tired of working for companies with shady business practices. It's pretty simple to us, do what is right for the customer and the success will follow.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all types of customers from small repairs to full exterior renovations. No project is too small or too big for Road Home Exteriors!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We take all projects as if they were our own home. We understand that the construction process is not very fun but the final result is well worth it. Upon completion, Road Home takes pride in finishing a project and knowing it was completed correctly at a fair price.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Watch out for projects that are under bid. They do this to TRICK you into a low price. Once the project starts, they will start to nickle and dime you with change orders. DONT LET IT HAPPEN TO YOU. Road Home Exteriors will bid your project accurately from the start.

What are your overall goals for the project? Complete restoration or just repair? What is your budget? Let's work with it! Can we save your siding or roof by repairing or re painting?
