What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the company not only does quality work but is also effective in getting you all proceeds from your insurance claim. Be sure you hire some one who will treat your property like it was their own.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Asking for a list of recent satisfied customers and then calling those referrals to see how they feel about the company and salesperson they are about to do business with. I would also not make price the final deciding factor. In this world you get what you pay for you hope but value is the most important thing.
