I believe in fair and transparent pricing. Every project is different, so I provide upfront estimates based on the scope of work, materials, and labor. No hidden fees, no surprises—just honest pricing. I also offer discounts for larger jobs, repeat customers, and referrals.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, I like to have a conversation about your project—what you need, your budget, and your timeline. Then, I assess the job in person to provide an accurate estimate. Once we agree on the details, I schedule the work and make sure everything is done to your satisfaction before wrapping up. Communication is key, so I keep you updated throughout the process. An onsite estimate is most of the time a very necessary, pictures are very appreciated but we kindly ask that you refrain from asking for a full price estimate or range based just only off pictures.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’ve been in the construction and home improvement industry for years, gaining hands-on experience in everything from framing and carpentry to roofing, siding, and flooring. I’ve worked with skilled tradesmen, learned the best techniques, and keep up with the latest materials and methods to ensure quality results.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I’ve always enjoyed working with my hands and problem-solving, so construction and remodeling came naturally to me. Over the years, I worked on various projects, learning different trades along the way. Eventually, I decided to start my own business so I could offer homeowners high-quality work with honest pricing.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve worked with all types of homeowners—from people needing small repairs to those looking for major renovations. I’ve also worked with property managers and real estate investors who need reliable services for rental properties. No matter the customer, my goal is always the same: deliver quality work at a fair price.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One project that stands out was a full siding and window replacement for a homeowner who wanted to improve their home’s curb appeal and energy efficiency. The job took about a week, and by the end, the house looked brand new. The homeowner was thrilled, and that’s what makes this work rewarding—seeing the difference a good job can make.
