What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Usually consisting of a roof evaluation to provide my customers with a detailed estimate of the repairs needed

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I grew up in the industry and now have over 30 years experience of my own.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I come from a family of roofing professionals in the industry who have owned roofing companies of their own and have taught me since my earlier years when I first started.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types. From first-time homebuyers to experienced home owners.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Most projects we do are different variations of the same thing. - We tear off, reroof and clean up most projects the same day. - We tarp areas around the house to catch debris and use magnets to pick up nails and other metals that have fallen on to the landscape.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Please check references and please do not fall for people (salesmen) who do not know roofing.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

If you have a leaking roof, you need to get it fixed. In most cases, If it's only wind or hail damage, you have some time to schedule.
