What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I am not one of those company’s who charges an arm and a leg. I will give you a fair price and will definitely deliver quality work and use the best materials there is for your roof.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I try and schedule an appointment with the client either that same day or the next. I a ALWAYS go up on the roof unless it’s not walkable. I will take notes on what needs to be done and how things will be done. I try to typically give the client a price after I’ve ran my numbers that same instant. I will also send a full detailed quote for that project same day

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I did framing for about 8 years in Oregon.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My father has been roofing for over 30years. He has taught me everything I know. He is the reason I made my company, and hopefully can make him proud! I worked doing framing for about 8 years and that has helped me so much on knowing how the roof works.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve dealt with all types of customers from someone needing a whole new reroof to someone needing just a blown shingle replaced. We will take care of you no matter the size of the project.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would recommend getting at least 3 bids, and going with the person he/she was most comfortable with and making sure they have great reviews and quality work. I would try and go with someone local or someone that has been recommended

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should have some ideas on what they would like installed on their roof before meeting with a roofer. Customers should also have a date in which they want their project to be done.
