Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
My pricing includes everything except for wood replacement, permit fees, disposal fees. I do not charge my customers a fee for dealing with the city and pulling the permits I just require a reimbursement for any fees I pay out of pocket for the permits. Same goes for the disposal, I provide receipts for all my customers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Giving a free estimate on the project after discussing the plans for the installation. Communicating often to ensure the project is going smoothly and the homeowner is happy with the work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 10 years of experience with my own company however, I have been around the industry since I was a child. My grandfather taught me the value of hard work and honestly at a very early age which I instill in all my projects.

Helping my grandfather and father as a child.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I’ve worked with all kinds of customers throughout the entire state of California from San Diego to San Francisco.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
