What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We schedule with them a roof inspection and upon meeting them, we explain in detail the process of a roof replacement. We are very personal with our customers as we keep constant communication and are always available to them.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have business degrees and Licenses - B & C-39

How did you get started doing this type of work?

The owner has worked in Construction/Roofing since 2002 and decided to focus on roofing as he found it to be his specialty. He has built an amazing trustworthy team that assures your satisfaction in every way.

Residential and Commercial - Homeowners - Property Management Companies - ALL TYPES!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The recent project that we are fond of is the shingles roof replacement that we performed at a School in Valley Village. It took 2-3 weeks to complete as it was approx 100sq.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My advice is to make sure that they are licensed, that you feel very comfortable working with them and make sure they give you a reasonable amount of years for their labor warranty.
