What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

For every house is different on solar removal but it starts at 220 per panel and roof replacement starts at 650 per square depending on the roof.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Most of the customers haven't had a good solar experience but when they hire us it all changes no more leaks and unanswered calls

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are certified with Tesla , Enphase, Franklin

How did you get started doing this type of work?

When I was 18 currently 30 I started working doing the trenches for the groundmount solar systems with my dad then I got a chance to install since then we focus on solar removals/Re roofs and roof repairs/ new solar installs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A mansion we did the roof and solar removal it was a difficult task since we put composition shingle roof but placed the tile around the solar for looks we needed it to get it done in 1 week max since the doctor was going to have a gathering and wanted them to see the new roof had 11 people out there got it done before the week ended and customer called me back a year later said the roof was leaking we went out and showed him the decking was causing the leak not the roof and we water tested it before we left just so he could see we knew what we were talking about

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hire 1 company to do all work if you can ....Look at the type of work people do many of the customers on the roof and solar removal side will get the cheapest contractor to save money but end up paying more on the long run when the house starts leaking and the roofer blames the solar guy and the solar guy blames the roofer then customer is stuck in the middle mostly since most of the contractors won't go back if there is an issue they will just ghost you with a family owned and operated business that won't happen since we are in it for the long run

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

If it's a new solar system get Enphase with qcell panels about pricier but have been around for years most of the cheaper systems are on the market for a couple of years and they go bankrupt For roofs and solar removals pick a company that will do both to be under warranty by one company and avoid the hassle of going threw the same problem and contractors not answering your calls
