We are a family-owned company servicing all of San Diego County, South Orange County, and South Riverside. We do roofing, gutters, and solar. We specialize on all types of roofing services, from residential to commercial, our company does it all! Some of our services include: roof leak repairs, preventative maintenance tune-ups, full roof replacements, power wash, new gutter installation, and new construction roofs. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We price match competitor's prices, offer senior and military discounts, and also offer financing. Your roof is one of the most important investments that you will make because it is the #1 protector of your home. The most important things in your life are found underneath your roof (family, children, pets, personal belongings). This is one home improvement project were cutting shortcuts or going cheaper on material shouldn't really be considered.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The process of replacing or repairing your roof will look something like the following: 1. Schedule a free in-home consultation. We will look at the roof, take pictures, and write a proposal for the best solution for you and your roof. 2. Once the proposal is accepted, our office will send an electronic copy of the contract to sign and schedule a start date. 3. The project begins. Our Foreman & Project Manager will stay in constant communication to make sure that you are well informed on the status of your project.

We are a GAF Master Elite Certified Contractor

How did you get started doing this type of work?

The owner, Rudy has worked in construction for over 20 years. He has worked with many big and small companies in San Diego, Riverside and Orange County.

We have worked with all types of customers in both residential and commercial buildings.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The cheapest roofer will not turn out to be the best roofer! Don't let price drive your decision. Please make sure they are licensed and insured. Research the contractor, read their reviews, and look at their photos.
