What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

A typical process for working with a new customer is as follows: My office manager Caryn reply’s to the leads shortly after receiving them. When we hear back from the customer we set up an appointment for an assessment on the roof, write up an estimate and send it over via email. We then schedule your job in for completion.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

The work experience started at a young age when working with my father. I then served apprenticeship with the Carpenters union.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My father was also a roofing contractor, and I started working with him at a young age.

Residential and commercial

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We are fond of all of our projects, an average re-roofing project takes about three days maximum.
