What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We always schedule appointments with a window of one hour. LG Roofing will perform a complete on site on roof inspection. We take photos during the inspection for discussion about the issues we determine require resolving to make the roof condition satisfactory for proper roof installation or repair.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

LG Roofing is operated by two individuals. Miguel Leon President and founder with 34 years of hands-on roofing experience. Gary Zanella more than 40 years Executive Mangement within the roofing industry. Combined they have created a team that can meet any roofing challenge.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

The management team of LG Roofing has a background in construction and manufacturing within the roofing industry with executive leadership and particle knowledge of application making our team a combination of business and roofing professionals.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked within the new construction industry installing roofs and managing companies that provided roofing services to the major home builders throughout California. We have experience with the customer service management aspect of roof repairs. Experience with roofing for general contractors, custom home builders, and homeowners. We are capable of removing and reinstalling existing solar systems.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

LG Roofing has completed projects that are as simple as relacing a ventilation pipe flashing to complete removal of a tile roof system and replacing the tile roof with a new composition roof system. We see no project too small to provide our services, we want our customers to be happy with their experience when we provide our roofing services.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When people are looking for a roofing contractor look for a contractor that will go to the project and provide a complete roof inspection by going onto the roof and taking photos and provide the customer with the options that are available to resolve the situation or problem. Make sure they are licensed, insured and have their own employees.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

A customer should do their research before talking to a roofing contractor you can go on to the CSLB website to check the contracts licensed insurance and bonding. See if they have any current or past complaints. Ask for references and see if they can provide photos of finished project.
