What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our price is based on the total scope of the project (labor + rough materials). We offer monthly promotions, and holiday specials (ask us!) We have a no surprise policy.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We offer an initial free consultation, where we go over the prospective design, budget and expected time frame. We answer all of your questions and/or concerns. Once we have agreed on a course of work, we proceed for a second meeting to finalize the scope of work and set a day to begin construction. Our in-house team of project managers, office coordinator and builders are always there to keep you updated and check in with you every step of the way.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are a highly skilled and experienced team of designers, architects, builders and project managers who have been in this family business for over 25+ years, and are all licensed, bonded and insured.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I grew up watching my dad building, fixing, painting and patching whatever someone needed. He started by doing these small jobs for neighbors and family members, and quickly built his reputation around our town. Later, my aunt joined as an accountant and we expanded from a small family business to being a major reputable construction company. By the time my dad retired, I had learned everything he could teach me and I knew this industry from the inside out. Today, I am the proud owner of my own company, working with an incredible team of project managers, builders, designers, architects, and we love what we do. Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently completed a full kitchen remodel, which took 3 weeks from start to finish. Our client’s home was over 30 y/o and it needed an upgraded system, and a modern style to increase their home’s value. Remodeling included supplying and installing new countertops and cabinets, new smart, energy-efficient appliances, new tile and backsplash, repiping and rewiring.
