What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Client is called by the office to schedule an appointment with all decision makers. Project manager will give a thorough roof inspection and consultation approximately 30-45min. Our project managers than leave a price for you to discuss.

Check your contractor on multiple pages to ensure good reviews. Work with contractors that have a license that is at least 5 years old.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Although roofing may not be the most exciting project don’t forget to get it done when the sun is out! Everything becomes much more complicated as it begins to rain
