Depending on the job, the pricing varies. Sometimes pricing could be per project, or it could be by the hour. It just depends on the nature of the job.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First off, I offer a free quote. Then with a new customer and an existing customer I send off the quote via email with my letterhead. I’ll have the customer sign if they agree to the quote and begin the process.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I’ve done this work for over 15 years. The constant variety of new project and challenges excites me.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve worked with all kinds of customers. I have worked with everyone from all walks of life and most of my customers are returning customers now. Which I am grateful for.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I did a roof cleaning for a 5000 square-foot house. I took approximately two days to complete. I enjoyed bringing the customers roof back to life.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would make sure that everything is in writing, And that the customer requests a receipt always.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The customer and the professional should have a clear understanding on what needs to be done. The professional needs to understand what the customer is wanting to achieve, and be willing to go above and beyond.
