We offer a fair pricing which always includes material, labor and no additional fees We inspect roof very throughly so there are no surprises when it’s time to work !

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Usually we start by an initial meeting where we provide a report regarding the condition of the roof. Then the customer gets some info about the company and the total cost of the project.

C39 license and preferred contractor by Owens Corning

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My dad was a roofer so I grew up into this industry

The average residential roof in California measures approx 2,200-2,700 sq ft, tear off and installation of a new roof takes about 6-7 days

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always make sure you hire someone who knows his job, a lot of people provide service in areas which they’re not 100% knowledgeable in.

First of all make sure the contractor is licensed, bonded and insured Make sure the contractor understand your needs and concerns Make sure the contractor actually climbs the roof and determines the damages because that’s the only safe way to avoid missed damages and surprises during the Job
