I make deal with my costumers about down payment.and the payments during the project. (( as well I help my costumers always to find quality materials with good price.))… I give extra discounts for seniors....

I finish Construction school in Europe three years, and one year school for installation floors , I finish school here in United States California. I am B general contractor. I have experience over 30 in construction residential remodeling,

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I like construction jobs. I finished construction school in my country in Europe. And they finish one year of school for installation Flooring ,I have over 30 years experience.in residential remodeling.

What types of customers have you worked with?

remodeling full house .remodeling kitchen ,remodeling bathrooms. Garage converted. Basement remodeling.. roofing, Painting interior exterior. ADU. Concrete, pavers. Custom, carpentry, cabinets, vanities, and more.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Usually the bathroom remodeling start and finish in two weeks. Kitchen remodeling as well two weeks, the most important we must have all the finish materials in the place. The full house remodeling takes more time. Depends the scope of work., roofing finish and 3 to 4 days, pavers concrete depends how big is the project?

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The clients must hire contractors with license insurance and bond. I know the clients looking fo low price, but the low price is not quality work, and without warranty, as well, I helped my Clients to find good quality materials, with a reasonable price. When I got the job we shopping together I use my license like a general contractor and I take discount for finish materials 10% 15% ,

the Clients,must ask the contractor about licence, insurance bond, materials. when you finish the job.
