What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Physically evaluate the roofs condition from outside to inside the attic. After a proper analysis is done I will give the customer many recommendations for their project

7 years of learning experiencing and managing roofing crews

How did you get started doing this type of work?

When I was a child I always liked roofs. Big roofs, small roofs, pitched roofs, flat roofs. I used to build houses Lego houses and roofs all day as a kid. My dad always thought i was crazy. Haha

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’m so blessed to have worked with so many customers that they are all special in different ways

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently just did a gorgeous on site custom metal roof in Malibu. The views were breathtaking and I’m so blessed to have the opportunity to experience projects like this

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure your roofer is a C-39! Not a general B! Make sure you are comparing apples to apples with materials , warranties and extended warranties that only preferred contractors can give you

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Are you a C39, do you have extended warranty from the manufacturer, not just on material which is all roofs, ask about the LABOR warranties
