IRONSTONE Roofing has extremely competitive pricing. Don't hesitate to ask about current deals and offers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once contacted, an estimator will reach out to discuss the specifics of the project. Typically, we will order a satellite measurement of the property, which allows us to have our estimate ready for you before we arrive. Each estimator comes to their scheduled appointment equipped with all of the sample roofing products, eliminating any run around on the customers part. Lastly, expect a no pressure presentation on all the current and up to date products from several leading manufacturers. We encourage you to ask questions...we have the answers!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have over 20 years experience in the metal roofing industry. All of our installers are factory trained to meet the latest installation expectations from the top metal roofing manufacturers.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Part -time summer job in college turned career... Metal roofing is a niche market that requires technical ability and industry knowledge. Our engineering and project management background helped ease the transition into an exclusive part of the construction industry.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Teachers, lawyers, doctors, engineers, IT, police, FBI, CIA, multimillionaires to the average American consumer looking for a great product at a great price. Price affects us all, good news is we have a solution for most consumers looking into metal roofing.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Honestly, we are equally fond of all our projects. Our customers help feed our families, so we definitely have a desire to provide the best possible experience. We are lucky because we get to install metal roofing, a sustainable lifetime product that looks amazing!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

#1 piece of advice would be to look at their work and to speak to the homeowners whose homes they give you to look at. Any reputable company will gladly offer such advice.

1) Is my contractor insured? 2) Do they have the experience to install the products in question? 3) Does the cost of a metal roof make sense for my home? 4) What are the energy pros and cons of the roofing material I'm looking at? 5) Is the estimate free?
