I like to do my work right and traveling around the city to meet new people that have roofing needs , I like my work because I can help people fix their roofs and install new roofs, it's exiting to travel to different places, but the best part is to do a serious roofing job, and to stop all roof leaks, install a new roof, according to manufacturers specs and making sure is going to last for a long time.

Every roof is different and normally we have to go and check the project before giving an estimate.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Customer calls our number and tell us what roof issue they got, give his or her address and we go inspect it, and provide a real estimate, from there we are ready to start work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I Fausto went to roofing school for contractors in San Marcos CA, and study the books, but the most train I got was from working with my father as a young boy I was doing roofs, I keep studying roofing, because new systems and integrations and new codes come to pass, and I'm train to do all types of roofing residential and commercial roofing and roof repairs.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started roofing with my father as a young boy I help him in roofing, and work for a lot of roofing companies.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work for residential and commercial roofs, houses, factories, hotels, retail stores, malls, shopping centers, warehouses, home owners association, apartments, etc..

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

repair a bad roof leak in San Juan Capistrano, cut the roof, remove rotten plywood and install new plywood, install new hot mop, it took me one day me and joshua.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would tell a new customer when looking for roofers never go with the cheapest, but go with the one that explain everything right and professionally, read their reviews, ask for references from past jobs but feel good about the person, you will never repent of your choice.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

first how many years experience you have, second are you a roofing contractor, not handy man or general building contractor, but only roofing contractor. Do you have references. are you a licensed roofing contractor.
