What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer a 500$ discount if the client were to hire us at the on-site estimate. In addition, senior citizens get a 2000$ discount .

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

FREE ON-SITE ESTIMATES!!! We prefer to meet with the home owner in person to get a feel for who I have the pleasure of doing business with. I feel that it is utterly important to be on the same page on what my clients have in mind and also to suggest, from an experienced roofing contractor, what is best for their roof.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have applied and have been granted a C39 roofing contractors license , issued by the contractors state license board (CSLB).

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My in-laws brought me into the trade, and ultimately into the business. I am very grateful to be given the opportunity to help people with their roofing concerns.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Typically a full roof replacement for a residential property takes 4-5 days. We can complete the job efficiently and in a timely manner.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would suggest to always check if the contractor is licensed, bonded, and insured. They only factors that differentiate one contractor to the next is the quality, price, and time efficiency. Sho global roofing exceeds expectations in all factors!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Clients should express their concerns primarily . We offer warranty for our craftsmanship up to 5 years. Other than that, if the client would like a rundown of the scope of work, that is what the on-site estimate is for. We would be more than glad to describe what the job entails.
