Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
There is a Credit Card processing fee of 3%.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
First, we will reach out to get information about your project and schedule a time to see what you want to do in person. Second, we will work up a price to do your project and send it to you. The estimate could take 1 - 3 days depending on the size of the project and if there are any holidays during this time period. The price we give you is only good for 6 months from the date on the estimate and for what is was material was originally agreed upon. Third, if you proceed with our project. We will require an initial payment which will be stated in your estimate with the payment schedule for your project.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My family was in construction when I was growing up, I helped them in there business. Then I connected with a few developers in the local area and did most concrete work for them. Eventually, I got my own license and started working for myself.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I always remind my customers if they are looking for other prices to make sure the person they choose has a General Contractor or a licence in that area of work.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
How much are you willing to spend on the project? Do a little research on your project? Find out the average price of the project, get ideas of what styles and designs? When are you going to do the project? Know what you want out of your project?
