What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

INSPECTION SHOULD ALWAYS COME BEFORE PRICING. We will come out to the residence and check accessibility, measurements, roof layers, the colors you want and the materials needed. Roofs can take from 2 days to 3-4 weeks. Price is dependent on specific project factors. Once we quote you for a service, we honor the price. No hourly fees. No hidden fees.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will get on a phone call and discuss your goals and concerns, leading to a scheduled inspection in which we will take a look at the property and what is needed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been working in construction as a project manager over 20 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I come from a family of men who worked in this line of work all their life.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Customers of all types of nationalities, all types of home sizes and all kinds of projects, inside and outdoors. Roof Installation & repair is our expertise, however we also specialize in solar systems.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We had a historical house that was modernized, this involved HPOZ’s & an architect, an engineer and the city. This house was over 120yrs old and the new owners wanted to regress to the original design. This project took about 9 months to complete because of the process with the HPOZs.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Get on a call with the potential contractor. Price is important, however connecting with the professional can give you a good feel for who they are & how they can serve you.

1. How many years of experience does the contractor have? 2. Have they done projects similar to what you’re looking for? 3. Are they offering an inspection prior to pricing?
