we have found that are pricing seems to be in the middle of the pack. WE offer discounts to seniors and military vets.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Darren comes out and does a free estimate of the job. He then give options of repair or replace. then goes over process and time line with customer.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

B.S degree, military, and 35 years experience in construction . Specializing in roofing, facia, paint, repairs and pressure washing.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Military, sales, project manager, owner.

Residential, commercial, owners, tenants, cities, counties, state, HOA

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Two 65,000 square foot condo buildings, asphalt shingle over. Five days

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure their licensed and insured. Make sure they are confident and experienced in the work they are providing.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What is experience level of the professional on the type of job you need and issue your having? Does the pro feel comfortable working on that issue? Just because they are a roofer doesnt mean they are well versed in all areas. Ask for break down of job/jobs if you need too.
