We work primarily with HOAs and Commercial Entities. If you fall under these categories, we are better geared towards fulfilling your needs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We are always open to new customers. It begins with a conversation about the scope of work and builds from there.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are fully licensed and insured. Having been in the industry for 3 generations, we know what we are doing.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We come from a construction family and have been working on roofs and construction projects since we were young. We also have a background in Manufacturing which gives us a product knowledge edge over our competition.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work primarily with HOAs and Commercial Entities, so we have experience with all sorts of Roofs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently replaced the roofs of an entire HOA complex over the course of 6 months. It went well and the HOA will now save considerable annual repair costs due to the new roofs.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Experience and Insurance are key. Quite often do you see contractors using inexperienced, uninsured labor, which then opens you up to massive liability.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Timelines and budgets are important things to think about and convey to your professional.
