What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Contact us and tell us about your roofing project, we'll schedule a time with you at your convenience for a free estimate from a Vertex Roofing Certified Roofing Specialist to join you at your home and inspect your roof, thoroughly explain your options, and guide you towards the best solution for you, your home, and your financial situation. At time of your free estimate, we'll provide a price quote. Once accepted, we'll provide contracts and then schedule a roof install/repair/replacement for your home.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have been in business for more than 16 years and do not use sub-contractors. Every person at your home is a Vertex Roofing employee and abides by our Core Values to: Do the Right Thing, Operate with Humility, and Continuously Seek Improvement. We've completed all background checks, we're licensed, bonded, and insured, operate under C24 Arizona License, as well as ROC licensing.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Homes with storm damage, homeowners with financial hardship, homes with leaking roofs, missing shingles, broken tiles, and homeowners who are looking to never have to worry about replacing their roof for the duration of their mortgages.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't go with the lowest cost company. You'll get what you pay for and many companies sub-contract roofing work. Vertex Roofing does not use sub-contractors and has the experience to get the job done right, the first time.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Is financing needed? What type of roof do you want to have on your home? Is metal a good option for a roof on your home? Will you be ready to replace a brand new shingle roof in 10-15 years?
