No. All jobs are different and it all depends on roof condition.

Meeting for a free estimate. checking the roof and assesing what it needs to be done, then talk about pricing.

Trainned by apartment complex. worked from 2000 - 2016. until I decided to start doing this on my own.

Worked as a maintenance/roofing at an apartment complex

I've worked with Homeowners. Most of my jobs have been word of mouth reccomendations.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Last weekend. 2500 sq ft house. It took 3 days. 1st day... Cleaned, washed, patched and seal all cracks. 2nd day... Applied Elastek white coating.. 3rd day... customer requested a 2nd coating. "2nd coating is not necessary but it was a request by customer" (additional price for 2nd coating)

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Roof maintenance is every 3 years. It's recommended to do it before it becomes a bigger and more expensive job
